Most women notice a meaningful shift in energy and sleep quality within the first two to three weeks. Visible body composition changes typically appear around weeks four to six, with more significant changes between weeks eight and twelve. The first month is about resetting your metabolism and laying the foundation. What builds on top of that foundation is the part that lasts.
Because it changes everything. A significant number of women who come to us have avoided gyms for years — not because they lack motivation, but because they feel watched or out of place in mixed environments. We're located at 500 US-377, Argyle, TX 76226 — inside the Historic Gas Station building, right next to the post office. It's a private, boutique studio. You won't miss it. Sessions are by appointment only, Monday through Friday 5:30am–6:30pm.
