Andrea has worked with women recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, and starting exercise for the first time in decades. There is no fitness level requirement. That's the whole point of customized, one-on-one training.
Comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. That's it. Water and all equipment are provided. The studio is fully private, so wear whatever you're comfortable moving in.
Zero. The $70 intro session is one session with no strings attached. If you want to continue, Andrea will discuss options that fit your goals and schedule. If not, you walk out with a plan and zero pressure.
Completely different experience. ACFit is a private, women-only studio. You train one-on-one with a trainer who holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, is a certified functional nutrition coach, and has a physical therapy background. Your session is fully customized to your hormonal stage, your injuries, and your goals. No shared equipment, no waiting, no audience.
